Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Local Identity Co.

Because our clothing line is built on a sustainable print-on-demand model, every item is custom-printed exclusively for you after your order is placed. To support this model and maintain our standards, we operate under a strict return and exchange structure:

1. Order Cancellations

We accept order cancellations and provide full refunds within 4 hours of order placement. To request a cancellation, email us immediately at support@localidentityco.in with your Order ID. Once production begins after this 4-hour window, the order cannot be canceled or modified.

2. Damages, Manufacturing Defects, & Incorrect Items

We want your order to be perfect. Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, has a visible printing defect, or you received the incorrect size/design by mistake, we will gladly replace it at zero extra cost to you.

Time Frame: You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your package.

How to Claim: Email us at support@localidentityco.in with your Order ID, a clear photo of the product defect, and a photo of the shipping label on the package.

Once verified, our fulfillment partner will ship out a brand-new replacement immediately. You do not need to ship the defective item back.

3. Sizing Issues & Mind-Changes

Because each product is custom-manufactured specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for buyer’s remorse, design swaps, or incorrect size selections. Please consult our detailed Size Chart on the product pages carefully before placing your order to ensure a perfect fit.

4. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If the courier company loses your package in transit, or if tracking halts completely for more than 10 business days, we will trigger a free replacement order through our print partner to make sure you get your gear.

5. Refunds Processing

For approved cancellations or valid defect claims where a replacement isn't preferred, refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days as per standard banking timelines.
