Because we operate on a sustainable print-on-demand model, your items are freshly printed and custom-made explicitly for you once your order is confirmed.
1. Processing & Printing Timelines
- All orders undergo a processing and printing phase before dispatch.
- Production typically takes 2–3 business days.
- Once your design is printed, cured, quality-checked, and packed by our fulfillment partner, it is immediately handed over to the courier service.
2. Transit & Delivery Times
Once dispatched from our fulfillment hub, shipping times vary depending on your location across India:
- Metro Cities: 4–6 business days
- Rest of India: 5–8 business days
- Please note: Deliveries to remote regions may occasionally take an additional 1–2 business days.
3. Shipping Charges
- 100% Free Shipping: We proudly offer completely Free Shipping across India on all orders. Whether you pay online (GPay, PhonePe, Cards, UPI) or choose Cash on Delivery (COD), there are absolutely zero hidden handling fees or delivery charges at checkout. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay.
4. Tracking Your Order
The moment your package leaves the warehouse, an automated shipping confirmation email and SMS will be sent to you. This will include a live tracking link so you can follow your shipment's journey straight to your doorstep.
5. Non-Delivery / Wrong Address
Please ensure your shipping address, mobile number, and pin code are 100% correct at checkout. If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer, it will be automatically returned to our fulfillment hub as an RTO (Return to Origin).
